General

What COVID guidelines have you put in place?
We take Covid very seriously and always wear masks when delivering. We carry sanitiser in the vehicles also. Our food packaging is washed as are all fruit and vegetables. Our operating procedure also outlines thorough and regular cleaning/sanitising of equipment.
Where are you based?
We are based in Ely, Cambridgeshire.
Are you insured and a registered caterer with the local council?
Yes, we are fully insured and registered with east cambs council. We have current food hygiene and health & safety training requirements with food hygiene level 2 (2020 /2022). Training is also continuing. We take great care and pride ourselves on having excellent customer service, standards and ensuring the best food handling and produce.

How do you deal with dietary requirements or allergies?

Please let us know at checkout.

Ely grazing is not an allergy or gluten free kitchen. We can not guarantee that products are free from ingredients that may affect those with food allergies. We do prepare items in the same room. We do take food allergies, allergens seriously and have undergone the correct and necessary training.

We always prepare gluten free and vegetarian orders prior to any other orders. Gluten free andvegetarian only equipment is used for preparation.

Whilst we do try our utmost best to avoid any sort of cross contamination, we can’t fully guarantee it won’t happen. Please consider the above statement in mind when ordering.

Do you sell alcohol?

Alcohol is an option with some of our products.

Please note it is against the law to sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18 here in the UK. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and can prove it. If at the point of delivery there is any doubt as to the age of the person receiving the order, he or she will be asked for a form of identification. This will need to be a passport or photocard driving licence bearing a holographic mark or other form of identification bearing the customer’s photograph, date of birth and the Proof of Age Standards Scheme (or similarly accredited scheme) hologram. If this identification is not provided, the alcohol Part of the order can not be handed over.

How long do your products last?
Ely grazing boxes are prepared to order and made fresh. If not eaten immediately, remove crackers & cookies and place in the fridge. They box will maintain for a day or two in the fridge.
Do you cater for cater for vegetarians, vegans, gluten free for example?
Indeed we do, it is also an area we are always trying to improve as well, listening to customer feedback etc, just give us a note at checkout please.

Ordering

How much notice do you need for bookings?
Ideally we need 24 hours notice to make your beautiful boxes. If you would like to order on the same day, please message us using our contact form.
How do I place an order?

How far in advance can I order?

You can order up to 62 days in advance.

Delivery

Do you deliver to my location?
We deliver in a 20 mile radius from Ely centre. We can deliver further a field, please send us a message. We are also featured on clickitlocal, see here: https://www.clickitlocal.co.uk/ely/ely-grazing-company/.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free within a 10 mile radius from Ely centre and a flat fee of £5.00 will be charged for deliverys betweeen 10-20 miles from Ely centre.
When do you deliver?
We can deliver 7 days a week.
Ideally we need 24 hours notice to make your beautiful boxes.
Delivery is always aimed between 11pm -1pm If you would prefer a later delivery, please message us to confirm.
During busy times likes Valentines and Mother’s Day, please allow extra time up to 3pm.
We always want to accommodate our customers needs and offer the best service possible. If you prefer a different or more convenient delivery slot, feel free to send us a message.
Can I pick up my order?
We understand that at times it may be more convenient to collect your order rather than wait for our delivery slot. Of course you are welcome. Please click ‘Collection’ at checkout, we will then message you the collection time.

Events

Do you do custom orders for events?
Yes, if you would like a custom or large order please take a look at our events page. We offer our grazing numbers platters, ideal for a special Birthday or Anniversary. We also love corporate branding and offer large grazing tables for hospitality events or weddings down to our smaller hand held graze cones.
