A good mix of wet and dry on the top, fruit, veg, cheese & charcuterie. All held up with a bunch of mighty Brazil and Walnuts. There was something missing whilst I was testing, then I found it, so there it is, a nice Buck’s Fizz or Prosecco truffle rolls out the bottom.
